Refund & Returns Policy

All sales are final.

Defective items will be replaced if Jamescliff Music Publishing is notified via email (orders@jamescliffmusic.com) within 15 days of receipt. The defective item will be replaced at publisher cost. No refund, credit, or other payment will be extended to customer as a result of a defective item. “Defective” is defined as a print error or other defect resulting from publisher error.

Authorization from Jamescliff Music Publishing is required for return of defective material. Be prepared to provide a photo of the defective item. Affixing objects, labels, stamps, or ink to published product (cover, score, or inside parts) voids any return privilege.
